Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising trackers or tools intended to build visitor profiles. The website itself does not set optional cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies if a security challenge or similar protective feature is triggered.
The typefaces used by this site are stored on and delivered from the website itself. Loading them does not contact a separate font provider.
Cloudflare provides aggregate traffic and security statistics from requests handled at its edge as part of delivering and protecting the site. We do not load a visitor-side analytics script.

If you email us, we process the address you write from, your message, attachments and normal email metadata so that we can respond and deal with your request. Depending on the context, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps connected with a possible contractual relationship or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence.

Microsoft and its approved subprocessors may process this information where necessary to operate and secure the service. Where personal data is transferred outside the EU or EEA, Microsoft applies the safeguards set out in that addendum, including the 2021 Standard Contractual Clauses.

05
Email composer forms
The contact and application forms do not submit information to our web server. Selecting “Open email draft” or “Continue in email” hands the entered information to your configured email application as a prefilled draft. Ikaros receives it only if you send that email. Your email application or provider may process the draft under its own terms.
06
Recipients and transfers
We disclose personal data only where needed to operate the website, provide email, maintain security or comply with law.
Current processors include Cloudflare, Inc. for content delivery and security, Hetzner Online GmbH for website hosting, and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) for email.
Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum provides for the EU Standard Contractual Clauses where a restricted international transfer occurs. The website origin is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH on a server in Helsinki, Finland.
07
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.
